A call center and online service that can help with non-emergency issues, such as food safety violations and abandoned vehicles. You can call PGC311 Monday through Friday from 7 AM–7 PM, or use the online service or app 24/7. Outside of Prince George's County, you can call (301) 883-4748 during the same hours.
Non-emergency dispatch
Call (301) 516-9777 for non-emergency situations that require public safety officials, such as reporting activities that don't need police dispatch. You can also submit an online request for non-emergency dispatch.
